Meet Dalida Turkovic
Humanize Facilitator in Training
During thirty years of living in China, Dalida worked as an executive coach for various multinational 500 Fortune companies, government agencies and educational institutions (including Google, Audi, Skoda, Volkswagen Power Train, Johnson & Johnson, British Council, Dulwich College etc.).
As a founder of Beijing Mindfulness Centre and a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion program (University of California San Diego Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute), Hakomi (Somatic Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy) practitioner and Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation) Dalida continues to use these three disciplines to support organizations, families and individuals to be resilient and resourceful when dealing with life setbacks. Most recently, as BMC Academy founder and Education Director she trains coaches how to apply trauma-sensitive mindfulness approach in executive and life coaching. These programs have been accredited by International Coaching Federation as Level 1 and Level 2 programs.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dalida is passionate about Eastern philosophy and somatic practice. She won silver and bronze medals in TaiChi and taught Qigong in Europe, USA and South America empowering people to apply principles of TCM for physical, mental and emotional health. She lives by motto Heal yourself to heal the world.
In her free time, Dalida enjoys connecting with nature and expressing her inner world through art and writing.

Meet Esra Sagol

Educator, Professional Coach, and Mindfulness Teacher
Esra Sağol has experience in education, coaching, and mindfulness training. She holds a master's degree in Applied Psychology and has completed various international courses to support postgraduate learning.
As a senior trainer Esra has led numerous development programs for educators and administrators. Her expertise spans communication skills, classroom management, assessment, and leadership training.
In addition to her role in education, Esra is a certified coach accredited by the International Coach Federation. She specializes in coaching individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals, drawing on her extensive background in education and leadership.
Esra is also a dedicated mindfulness teacher, certified in programs such as MBSR, MBCT-L, SMART, Mindfulness 101 and FPFW. She believes in the
transformative power of mindfulness and incorporates it into her coaching and educational practices.
With a passion for continuous learning and a belief in the value of holistic development, Esra is committed to helping individuals thrive personally and professionally.
