Kerstin is an expert in Psychological Health & Safety, Transformational Leadership & Communication Profiling. She consults, coaches and trains teams in companies and institutions that are part of the system-critical infrastructure on issues of mental health and safety including psychological risk assessment, crisis communication, diversion and peacebuilding. She is cofounder of several networks for women in leadership and volunteers for peace projects in crisis areas. She started her career as a public relations consultant and later as a business manager client consulting in international communication agencies.
