Meet Lucy Keller
Humanize Facilitator in Training
Lucy has been an educator in schools for more than twenty years. She is a qualified mindfulness based stress reduction teacher, mindfulness in schools program teacher and yoga teacher. Her last role was merging all of this together as Director of Mindfulness at United World College where she developed curricula, and shared mindfulness courses/practices with teachers, pupils and parents to build a mindful community. This inspired Lucy to learn more about the science being contemplative practices.
She went on to complete a masters of science in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College with a dissertation in social connectedness. Lucy is excited to start a PHD researching social connectedness as a protective factor in mental health. The Humanize program had a massive impact on Lucy's wellbeing and relationships. She was excited to train to facilitate the course so that as many people could benefit from it as possible.
