Meet Mallory Wilson

Humanize Facilitator in Training

Mallory Wilson is an emotional intelligence facilitator and meditation guide for the Central Intelligence Agency, who is dedicated to bringing contemplative practices to those with power and influence in the United States government. She has taught senior leaders, as well as any officers, wishing to expand their hearts and train their attention. Her hope is to lead others to connect with themselves, others, and humanity, and see leaders make decisions from a place of compassion.

As a librarian, she comes alive exploring the topics of connection and vulnerability, and enjoys teaching others how to trust the information they utilize in their roles.

The heart of Mallory’s work is bringing gentle curiosity to self and others through mindfulness. She sees cultivating psychological safety with others as sacred space, and feels it an honor to be a witness to others’ joy, pain, hope, and sorrow—all it is to be human.
