Florian Sturm is a moderator, facilitator, mediator, and process designer at Loop3. He works with groups of all sizes in participatory settings, creating space for creativity and collaboration. Florian has collaborated with public institutions from the municipal to the EU level. He is passionate about sustainability, citizen participation, democracy, and inner development.
The Dyad practice, building on his experiences in Nonviolent Communication, Deep Ecology, and constellation work, deeply resonates with Florian's mission to facilitate human connection. This alignment, combined with the Dyads' transformative impact on his own life, drives his passion for teaching the program.
