Meet Monika Jiang

Humanize Facilitator in Training

Monika Jiang explores modern loneliness as a personal, collective, and political challenge. With Sharing Our Loneliness, she aims to raise awareness and cultivate third places for dialogue, connection, and community.

A second-generation Chinese immigrant based in Berlin, Germany, she’s dedicated to bridging divides, asking essential questions, and gently stepping into the reality of others to make more feelings known, more faces seen, more voices heard.

With a background in media and communications, she worked in corporate environments, agencies, and youth entrepreneurship programs, and developed a passion for reshaping the future of work. For the past five years, Monika has led as head of curation and community at the House of Beautiful Business, contributing to the growth of this network for a life-centered economy of now 30,000 members worldwide.

As an independent consultant, she specializes in content and community strategy, experience design, and facilitation. Additionally, she's currently enrolled in a facilitator training with Humanize, an evidence-based Dyad practice fostering emotional and social skills, further expanding her practice of Nonviolent Communication and Restorative Dialogue.
