Meet Florian

Humanize Facilitator in Training

Florian Sturm is a moderator, facilitator, mediator, and process designer at Loop3. He works with groups of all sizes in participatory settings, creating space for creativity and collaboration. Florian has collaborated with public institutions from the municipal to the EU level. He is passionate about sustainability, citizen participation, democracy, and inner development.
The Dyad practice, building on his experiences in Nonviolent Communication, Deep Ecology, and constellation work, deeply resonates with Florian's mission to facilitate human connection. This alignment, combined with the Dyads' transformative impact on his own life, drives his passion for teaching the program. He believes that sharing these practices helps to increase compassion and collaboration, essential for addressing today's global challenges.

Meet Mirjam

Humanize Facilitator in Training

Mirjam Baumann-Wiedling is a systemic couple and family therapist, non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy and certified teacher in MBSR, MSC and IFS therapist. She is dedicated to helping individuals improve their relationships with themselves and others.

Mirjam is deeply committed to guiding people on their journey toward greater self-awareness. Her work focuses on helping clients recognize and understand their inner patterns and parts, cultivating a sense of kindness and compassion toward themselves, which in turn enhances their connections with others.

The Dyad practice holds a special place in Mirjam's approach, serving as a powerful tool to pause amidst daily life's chaos and foster genuine connection with oneself and others. She is passionate about sharing this enriching and sustainable mindfulness practice, believing in its potential to nurture deeper, more compassionate relationships.
